Anonymous asked: a therapist once told me something but cant remember. drinking my days and nights to get away from myself can do that. drowning. the self loathing is high today. it's coming back. therapist; "why dont you make a list of things that frighten you, then day by day try and cross them off, accomplishing a goal and gaining trust in yourself." my response; "does it make you feel good to know you've used this suggestion on countless different patients?"
